After fastening the Velcro fastener, just drape the Saddle Blanket Backrest Seat Cover over the original seat cover.

However, to install the Saddle Blanket Backrest Seat Cover over older jeeps, you need to fold the seat forward and then you can easily cover the seat with your Saddle Blanket Backrest Seat Cover.

Before installing the Saddle Blanket Backrest Seat Cover over 60/40 split bench seats, remove the headrest first. Next, fold the seat forward and insert the flap through the opening between seat back and seat bottom. Now, fasten the Velcro fastener and then you can simply put the Saddle Blanket Backrest Seat Cover around your original seat cover.
